Developer Intern

Who are we? 

RLCM consists of a team of driven enthusiasts with a passion for “tech” and the research world. Our focus is to make life easier for researchers through high-performance, easy-to-use software. We try to push the boundaries by actively following and deploying the latest techniques. These techniques are in the field of Cloud, SaaS and application development.   

We are currently looking for a Developer Trainee who will receive the tools from us to continuously improve his or her skills and maybe also teach us something… 

This is what you will do!

• You will work with various tools and techniques such as React, NodeJs, Jest, Kafka, Less/Css and NoSql on platforms in the Cloud (Azure) such as Kubernetes, Web Apps and more;
• You work under the supervision of a senior on the software to be developed; 
• We work through an Agile methodology and DevSecOps idea;
• You will work on thé new platform for researchers and thus make the world a lot easier for researchers!

• You have an Agile mindset;
• You think in the term of deployment of “everything as code”;
• You are eager to learn and like to experiment with the latest techniques;
• You are proactive and ambitious (experience is less important than the will to learn);
• After asking for help, you can get started without “training wheels”, but you are also a team player;
• You feel responsible for the quality of the work you deliver;
• In possession of an “over-head earphone”.
